Both our Halloween Mini and Turkey Tot tournaments are fast-paced 4v4 futsal played on the climate-controlled indoor courts at Frontrunner Fieldhouse. Small-sided means more touches, more goals, and more time on the ball for every player on your roster.

We bracket teams by age group

Teams are seeded into the same divisions as our Saturday youth futsal league so the competition stays fair. Youngest players (ages 4–7) play a friendly mini bracket.

Liability Release

I release Frontrunner Fieldhouse and its staff, coaches, and volunteers from all liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from the registered player(s)' participation in Frontrunner Fieldhouse programs.

Media Release(optional)

I give permission for photos and video of the player(s) taken during the program to be used by Frontrunner Fieldhouse for promotional purposes.

Health Confirmation

I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, the registered player(s) is/are healthy and physically able to participate in soccer and futsal activities.
