5v5 adult co-ed futsal on Friday nights. Winter I runs November 6 through January 8, with a holiday break from December 21 — eight game weeks.

Each team owes $120 in referee fees ($15 × 8 games), invoiced to the captain — 50% before Game 1, 50% after Game 2. Captain registration is $25; each player pays $70.
