Our Program

Our Program: Move and Learn

Move and Learn is built on one idea: a strong child starts with a strong core. Every day is anchored in core stability — balance, posture, and trunk strength — and builds out from there into sport skills, conditioning, and character. Your child leaves steadier on their feet, stronger, and more confident at Frontrunner Fieldhouse.

Core Stability First

Every day opens with core stability work — the balance, posture and trunk strength everything else stands on. Sport blocks build coordination and teamwork on top of it, and character sessions build leaders.

Siblings & Support

Families with multiple kids are welcome — siblings train together in one program, and our staff supports every athlete's pace and needs.

Parent Amenities

Stay or go — a dedicated parent workspace and lounge means you can work, relax, or watch while your child trains.

Our community

Where sport meets community.

What we build

Our core values.

Teamwork

Kids learn to communicate, encourage each other, and work as a unit — on and off the court.

Intentionality

Every session has a purpose. Activities are built on core stability first, then the skills, confidence, and healthy habits that stand on top of it.

Sportsmanship

We celebrate effort, attitude, and respect as much as results. Winning well and losing well are both coached.

Just have a question?

Ask us anything

Not an application — just a question. Tell us your child's age and what you'd like to know, and our team will follow up within 1–2 business days.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What ages can join Move & Learn?

Move and Learn is open to ages 4 and up.

What exactly is Move & Learn?

A drop-off physical activity program for home school families, built around core stability — the balance, posture, and trunk strength that every other movement stands on. Days are coached by our staff and run on movement, sport, and character. Your family's own home school program stays entirely your own; we do not provide instruction in school subjects.

Do I need to stay on site during the program?

No! Move & Learn is designed as a drop-off program. Parents can use the time for work, errands, or their own activities. We have trained staff supervising all activities, and you'll have our contact info for emergencies.

Can we join after the program has started?

Yes! Families can join any time during the season — reach out and we'll get your child started.

What should my child bring each day?

Bring athletic shoes (indoor court shoes or clean sneakers), a water bottle, and a snack. We provide all equipment for activities. Optional: extra layer for temperature control and a small towel.

What if my child has allergies or specific needs?

We accommodate a wide range of needs! Please share details on the interest form or during your follow-up call. We'll discuss how we can best support your child, including dietary restrictions, physical considerations, and any adjustments that help them move well.
